excel to outlook

Im trying to import an excel document into outlook...but i
keeep getting an error message that the "fields" cannot be
recognized....the excel document is a simple spreadsheet
mailing list of names addresses phone #s emails etc.please
help asap...been trying for months,,,jeff

Jeff,

Can you provide a snippet of your output data to view
(scrub it if you need to) - that may help find the source
of the problem.
