Import from Excel

How to import contacts from an Excel Spreadsheet to Windows live Outlook
 
No such animal as "Windows live Outlook". There is Microsoft Outlook,
and you will find the option under File, Import and Export. And there is
Windows Live Mail, and there you could probably look in Help or post
your question to the Live Mail group. Either way, "Excel" isn't actually
involved and isn't needed.
 
If you mean Office Outlook...............

Note that *.CSV files will work in 2003 and earlier and 2007.

Outlook 2007 won't import directly from Excel 2007
