I AM TRYING TO DESIGN THE FORMULA TO OBTAIN THE PRECENTAGE OF EACH LINE ITEM
EXPENSE. EXAMPLE HORSE FEED 2,000 AND TOTAL OF ALL EXPENSES IS 230,000. CAN
SOMEONE HELP?

="Horse Feed"/"Total"

or in Excel language

=A1/B1

where A1 holds the horse feed and B1 the total

format as percentage

If your individual expenses are listed, for example, in A2:A100, you ca
enter this formula in cell B2

=A2/sum(A$2:A$100)

OR, if your expenses are totaled in Cell A101, then your Cell B
formula should be

=A2/$A$101

Copy whatever formula you choose until you reach Cell B100. Your colum
B should be in the % format.
