Excel percentages greater than 99%

How can I format an Excel cell so that a formula value of 100% is not
displayed as 0%?
 
Hi, Dee;
Can you explain? 0.99=99% 1=100%, 1.25=125% My copy of Excel has no problem
displaying these.
