Excel memory could not be read

I need help decoding what is causing this error:
The Intruction at 0X3024e9e1 referenced memory at 0X
05811650 The memory could not be read. Excel exe has
generated errors and will be closed by windows.

Any ideas on how to figure out what memory is being
referenced and what instruction is causing the crash?

Could this be a problem with physical memory or is it more
likely that it is a problem with content in the excel file?

It's only a gut feel, but I suspect content in the file. Try opening in XP
or 2003 they handle this much better. If not, try opening the file in word

Can you open other files OK?
