Excel macro's

We have created a number of excel templates that are
automatically populated from a database using macro's. One
of our customers running Office 97 SP2 is unable to launch
the template. I suspect that they have the wrong 'macro
security' setting but I cannot advise them how to check.
Help please

Excel 97 macro security has no levels beyond "on or off".
