Excel in web page, How?

I am designing web browser based service.
In one web page, I should supply as like excel UI.
firstly, I am going to use just grid component.
but user needs are added more and more,
So, now all user needs exceed the ability of grid component.
If I upload excel on web pgae, I think that is best way.
In that web page, user can use many excel function as like real excel program.
Of course in that machine, excel can be installed already.
How can I do this?
Please show me some info. about this.
