Excel in Office and Works

Does Excel in Works offer the same VBA programming capabilities as Excel in
Office?
And, if so, can you use, say, in VB 6, a Works Excel object as you would
use an Office Excel object?

Excel does not exist in Works.

Works has its own spreadsheet application as part of the Works Suite and has
no VBA
