excel IF formulas

How do I get excel to show that if

WORKBOOK 1, WORKSHEET 1, COLUMN A = WORKBOOK 2, WORKSHEET 1, COLUMN A

Then,

WORKBOOK 1, WORKSHEET 2, COLUMN A = WORKBOOK 2, WORKSHEET 1, COLUMN B
