Excel Help

I cannot find the help index or the table of contents for Excel 2002(w/serice
pak 3)

What happens when you select Help>Microsoft Excel Help?

Does the Help menu open but no Tabs to pick from?

There is a "Show" button at top row along with the Printer Icon.

Try click on that.
