Excel from a Batch...

I need a way to call Excel from a batch process, and run a particular
Excel file...how do I do this?

What is the code that needs to go into the batch in order to do
this...?

Also, I need MS Outlook to create an email, and attach the above
mentioned Excel file and email it...what's the code for that?

anyone know?
