Excel Formula help in VB

Hi Guys,
I am new to vbscript in excel. Actually i am trying to use a formula which will change the value of a cell say from hello to 'hello' (observe that the formula should add quotes(') to the value in the cell.

I need to write a vb script for the same.

Any help would be appreciated.
