Excel Formula for multiple lookups

I want to look at value in b58 (Jan)and the value in b8(Br 22)(and find the
value at the intersection in worksheet PLAN. I have tried the lookup wizard
and it appears it is going to work until the last option and it returns the
error - the cell found by the wizard contains a formula returning an error.
There are no formulas in Plan worksheet.
