Excel file protection?

How can I protect my excel file from copying?
Is there some way when someone copies file to another computer, that excel
file will not work?

Thanks in advance
 
As far as know, there is no way of preventing a file from being copied.
You can protect the workbook with passwords for opening: this is not 100%
secure.
