Excel file opens when computer starts

When computer is started, Excel file opens automatically. How is this
corrected? Tried the Microsoft support asdvice but did not work.
 
Got a corresponding entry in one of the registry run keys?

(To find out: Start > Run > msconfig > OK > Startup tab)

yeh, there are 2 start up folders, one for windows and the other for excel
and found in the microsoft office directory. looks like you document got
saved to the wrong one....
