Excel Export. Not showing worksheet tabs

I exported a spreadsheet from Corvu report writer as an Excel 5.0 format. The spreadsheet comes without worksheet tabs on the bottom. How can I get this back. When I insert a worksheet, I cannot navigate from one to the next.

I saved the file to my version of excel and that had no effect
