Excel Exits on File Close with Outlook

Hi All,

A user is experiencing the following problem:

The user has an Excel file open, goes to Outlook and opens
an Excel file from a message. After viewing the file in
Excel the user clicks File, Close and all of Excel closes
without any word about saving changes.

Does anybody have any idea what might be causing this?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Nevermind. The user wasn't following my instructions
exactly. Thanks anyway.
