Excel.exe GFP on saving after copy/pasting array formulas

I have a workbook in which I have been trying to copy an
array formula over several sheets. The copying and
pasting works but once I try to save, the whole file
crashes and indicates a GFP on Excel.exe.

What can I do to remedy the problem?

I have read the knowledge base. I have already installed
SR1 on my Excel 2000. I have tried taking the addin's
away but still nothing.

It wasn't until I removed the data validations that the
worksheet was okay to save with the array formulas. Don't
understand it but it works.
