excel.exe- application error

I keep getting the following message and our techs have
reformatted, changed my profile and who knows what else.
My problem is that it keeps happening.
the message I get is:
The instruction at "0x301f1e98" referenced memory
at "0x00000030". The memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program


Can someone please help, this is a Shared file some can
open others cant.

Have your tech guys replace the memory sticks in your
PC...if there is more than one, make sure that all sticks
are of the same make, same size...
