Excel Error

B

Bridget

I am getting the errors "Cannot use object linking and
embedding" and then "An error occured initializing the VBA
libraries (14)" when opening Excel. The program then
crashes and I'm not able to use it. The cut and paste
functions do not work in any other program (Word, Netscape,
Outlook), but the programs run so the problem apperas to be
in Excel.
Any ideas?

I got this as well and it was related to the svchost
error. Do you get that as well? I had another issue which
pointed to problems with HIMEM.SYS and DOSX.EXE files
being corrupt. On replacing these the svchost error
stopped and the Excel error stopped accordingly.
