Excel error "unable to read file"

Hi,

I have a file, that has been used many times, but now when I try and open it
I get the error "unable to read file", any ideas how to fix this?

IGNORE THIS I HAVE FOUND THE LINK SOLUTION BELOW, if there is a neater
solution I will be pleased to hear about it
