Excel Erase

Hey Guys,

Help please.

In my efforts to be efficient, a database of names and addresses, I decided
to order aplhabetically. However, when I selected a column (the surnames),
and selected 'sort', I of course alphabetised the column only and not
everything. So names the right names are not beside the right addresses atc
and I sved it.

Do I have any hope at all. Help help help/

Sorry, but you will have to redo it. This time around though, when you want
to sort, block the entire data range, then click on Data, Format, select the
column you want to sort by, and OK out.
