Excel data merged to PDF form

Would like to use data from an existing excel data base for use in a PD
form (W4 - witholding or similar). Can this be done, have had no luc
reformating the PDF form into excel with a couple of demo-ed programs.

Hi
depends on the type of your current PDF file. There're some convertes
but in most cases you'll need to reformat some things manually
 
One option, maybe not a good one, would be to set up a mailmerge in Word,
taking care to put the fields on the right place on the page so as to line up
with the form. Then print the PDF file -- the blank forms, put the paper back
in the printer and do the mail merge.
