Excel - Copying decimals into text

Hi,

If i have a formula where the end result is "405|AA|105.00" If I cop
that to a text then the result that is copied is "405|AA|105"

What forumla do I use that it copies the decimals also ?

how is the original value created?. Do you use a custom format for
