Excel copy and paste to an email not working?

When I copy an excel workshett and paste to the body of an email, the format
on the receiving end is not correct.
What should I do? It works as an attachment but not in the body of an email.
 
The results will depend on the message format (which you didn't mention) and the recipient's mail program. Attaching the file will produce the most reliable results.
