If not, you might try this...
Add a couple of contacts to WM, export it to CSV format ( File - Export -
Windows contacts - CSV - contacts.csv)
open contacts.csv with Excel, delete all data below the first row with the
field names
open your other Excel file and copy the data to contacts.csv (copy & paste)
move the data columns under the correct heading, and save the file
(contacts.csv), and exit Excel.
Import the contacts.csv into WM
