Excel Comments

Hi I use Excel 2003 and 2007
I needed to find out if there is a way to set a default font style for
"insert comments". For example if my comments are using the X font in bold
style, I want to use the Y font in italic and I want to make that the default
for ever comment I insert in the cells.
Is there such thing?
Thank you

You can change the default font size only through Windows Appearance settings.

Not font type or style.

Apologies for being unclear.

I mean Windows OS Display Settings

From Debra Dalgleish's Comments Tips.........................

http://www.contextures.on.ca/xlcomments01.html

Right-click on the desktop, and choose Properties
On the Appearance tab, click Advanced.
From the Item dropdown, choose Tooltip
Choose a font Size, click OK, click OK

(Note: selecting a font type here will not affect the default font used in
Excel's comments)

End Debra quote.....................................................
