Excel cell to reference tab name

Hi,

is it possible to have a cell auto populate with the name of the tab? I
hope this doesn't require VB.

It's not too difficult of vb coding though.

I can't explain it, but:
=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,255)
