Excel Cell Formatting Bug

Hi Dear Office Excel team,

I am a Microsoft employee, I find a bug in Excel cell formatting today.
However, I don't know who to contact with. Would you please reply me an email
for whom I should contact? Since I do not want to expose this bug to the
public. Thank you!

Post your problem as a general comment, rather than a question. I guess that
it is more likely to be picked up by MS staff
