Excel Autofilter Error

The autofilter in my files is at the first row and at other times the second
row. The data in the first row is always the same. Why the difference?

Did you apply the filter to both sheets? If no, then I'd suspect that the
person who did it just did it differently (a screwup???).

If you applied the filters, did you select the range first or did you let excel
guess? I always select the range first.
