Excel and MpDBlf.dll

All of the sudden Excel won't load and at system boot-up I get a "can't find MpDBlf.dll". I assume these two issuess are related. Any ideas on how to fix. The standart "fix it" on the origianl disk did not fix it.

It's not an Office file, all I could find with a Google search was that it
was connected with Canon printers. Try reinstall windows..
