Excel - Alternating right/left footers (& a header question)

Is there a way to set alternating right/left footers (i.e. having different left/even page and right/odd page footers in Excel? (for a multi-page table)

Also, Is there a way to set up the header so that the 1st page header is different from the rest of the pages? (in a multi-paged table)?

Maybe you could set it up the way you like, then print the odd numbered pages.

Then come back (fix the header) and change the footer and print the even
numbered pages.

(It's not a built-in feature of excel. But things like this are a lot easier in
a real word processor--like MSWord.)
