Excel - allow cell margins similar to Word table cells

Excel should allow users to define cell margins similar to how it works in
Word tables.

It's not quite the same as word, but you could try
format>cells>alignment>left(indent) there is also right(indent) and
distributed(indent) the larger the indent value the bigger the margin.
