excel add-ins

Open Excel, then Tools, Add-Ins; from the listing find the add-in in
question and fill the check-box, then OK out.. That should do it.
 
If this computer belongs to your employer and you do not have
administrative rights, then you should ask your IS department whether
you have rights to modify the HKEY_CURRENT_USER portion of the registry.
Many programs (including MS Office apps) write persistent information
(such as Add-Ins loaded) to that portion of the registry.
