Excel 97 - get external data (foreign currency table) from web using MS Query

I'm new to this and would like to know how to get external data (foreign
currency table) from web using MS Query. The Help in Excel doesn' t seem
clear to me! Thanks.
 
first thing I would try is, in excel, to do File=>Open and type in the URL.
