"Excel 97 Compatability with XP"

Am considering upgrading from Win98 to XP. Will my OEM
Excel97 be compatible with the new XP operating system?
 
I have xl95, xl97sr2, xl2002 all running fine on an xp home machine. Best to
install oldest first and in SEPARATE directories.
