Excel 4.0 Syntax Conversion

I have inherited a workbook with Excel 4.0 macros typed on hidden worksheets.
I'd like to find an easy way to convert Excel 4.0 syntax to VB, or convert
automatically. Any suggestions? Thanks!
 
There is no such translator other than the programmer doing it manually.
