Excel 2007 Conditional formatting not refreshing as it did in 2003

I have been using conditional formatting in 2003 for ages without problems.
Converuing to 2007 has not been a happy experience so far....

The problem is that conditional formatting now does not refresh as it did in
2003 when I change the "trigger" values that it is linked to.

I have a few linked cells just above the ranges that are formatted to
highlights values when they are not within the limits set by the variable
"triggers".

In 2003, I could change those "triggers" and the conditional formatting
wouod immediately reflect the changes conditions.

Now I find that after I change the values in the linked cells, I first have
to skip to another sheet or to the bottom or somethinh like that and come
back (ie refresh the view) to see the effect of changing my "trigger" values.

This is defeating the objective in my particulare case....

I've got the same issue. Created a worksheet in Excel 2003 with conditional
formatting, worked fine. Same worksheet does not refresh when trigger cell is
changed. Changing another cell sometimes triggers a refresh... but that
doesn't help. I've seen messages on this going back for some time but no
fixes.
Anybody???
