Excel 2007 Column and Width pixels not showing

Good afternoon,

Does anyone know how to turn 'on' the display of numbers when moving columns
width and height? I was able to view the numbers when moving column widths
and heights before however, IT did something and now I cannot see my pixels
when moving.
