Excel 2007 can't use mouse wheel to scroll through page

It seems like it is locked and won't allow me to scroll through my document.
The scroll lock is NOT on. Can anyone help?
 
Try going to mouse properties in system tray, click on wheel tab, and choose
use microsoft office 97 scrolling emulation only. That fixed my problem.
 
Thanks Macmagna. I had same problem on newly install Excel 2007 and your
suggestion solved my problem.
