Excel 2007 Beta Pasted Pictures All Turn Into Last Pasted Picture

I created a workbook with several pages. I copy and pasted 3 maps from
Microsoft Streets and Trips 2006 onto each sheet. When I close Excel 2007
beta and open it again, all of the pasted images are the same picture as the
most recently pasted image. This is something that I am able to duplicate
and it happens every time. It does not, however, happen in Excel 2002. Is
there something that I can do to fix this? Or should I wait until the next
beta release?

You should endeavour to log it as a bug through whatever method you were
given during the download

I wasn't told to post bugs in any specific place. After digging on
Microsoft.com, I inferred that I was to post problems in the Microsoft Office
Community Forums. Does anyone have any information regarding where to post
bugs on beta problems?

Hi Nick.

MS didnt provide a structured way to report bugs...
so endeavour indeed.

i honestly cant understand why you release a beta version
if apparently you're not interested in user feedback.

could it be that the "beta" program is "marketing driven"
no surprise coming from Redmond.

documentation is minimalistic unless you're interested
in the benefits of The Thing called Ribbon.

Yes, it's interesting, we've been on the beta for some time and have access
to ms's beta website and newsgroups.

I will try and ask where everyone should go, but I suspect they will be
monitoring these groups and expecting us to feed back. In defence this is
the largest public beta ever...basically everyone and the resource we are
currently given would sink under the weight.

Bear in mind too, that this far into the product, little will change in the
released product, but they should certainly want to fix anything which just
doesn't work... I'll ask and try and get back

Well, just in case the developers are monitoring these forums for feedback, I
was having problems when trying to use macros as well.

1st, I had a very hard time finding the way to create and manage macros. I
finally was able to add a button on a toolbar to record a macro, and another
to play macros.
2nd, while trying to record and play macros, Excel 2007 beta crashed and I
lost all of my programming since my last save. It then opened up several
"repaired" versions of my file, all of which had significant data and
formatting loss.

I rely on macros and images heavily in most of my use of Excel. Therefore I
think that I am going to have to step back from the beta program and go back
to using a stable version.
