Excel 2003 freezing at startup

I was working properly with Excle until I loaded one of the spreadsheets
that contained a macro. After trying to open it Excel froze and from that
time is freezing when I'm trying to open it.
I checked for viruses with 2 Antivirus programs and spybot 1.3.

I also uninstalled it and installed again - NO GO YET.

Please help.
