Excel 2003 crashes when inserting a picture

Hi all,
I keep getting an error message that Excel has
encountered an error and needs to close. It happens
everytime I try to insert a jgp, clip art or any type of
picture. The office dowload site says that I have all of
the available updates. Does anyone have any ideas.

Run Disk Cleanup. See if that helps. If temp internet file cache is
large, WinXP cannot process jpg files. This problem might be related.
