Excel 2002: Updating links to other workbooks

I have a workbook with links to several other workbooks. When I open the
workbook and click Update Links, I get a message box stating that not all
links can be updated. When I check the links via Edit | Links, the display
shows all the linked workbooks with status OK.

Does anyone know why this happens and/or how to fix it?
