Excel 2000 - Illegal Operation error when saving

I have a user who gets an illegal operation error when
saving. The details of the error are: Excel has caused a
general protection fault in module
HPBF3120.DRV@001a000068b0. I can not figure out what the
problem is. Any help will be appreciated.
