Excel 2000 Drop Down Menu

I have seen a drop down menu before in an Excel cell.
I would like to incorporate this feature to be used for selecting a
month of the year. How do I go about creating such a feature?
 
Thanks much, I am having a problem getting it worked out but I think I
just need to work with it a little longer.
