Excel 2000 and Office XP

I just got a new computer with Office XP as an operating
system. My Excel is freezing every few minutes. When I
do a CTR-ALT-DEL to exit out via Task Manager, the program
is listed there twice. Has any one encountered this and
is there a fix? I shut off all my Add-Ins, as someone
felt that might be the case.

my excel does the same thing and I have asked about it
already but no real help yet to why? Let me know if u
get an anwer, thanks.

hey hallo , i have the same problem,
everytime when i want closed a exell page and also a word doc. it can't closed and i need to g to the task manager
i'm working with exell and word 2002 for XP
