eXact Search Bar keeps trying to install

I keep getting a red WARNING! from Microsoft AntiSpyware
that says "eXact Search Bar Browser Plug-in is trying to
Install!" I choose "Remove!" and it continues as if it
was successful. After I log out and back in a couple of
times the warning pops up again. Each time it seems to
remove, but it keeps coming back.

Any idea what might be trying to install this and how I
can get rid of it?

Restart in safe mode and do full scans until one comes out clean--probably
meaning two.

Let me know whether the prompt comes back after that.

Yep. I run multiple clean scans in safe mode. It keeps
coming back.
