Hi,
is it possibile to use ewfapi calls in the 'Power User' context?
Administrator is requested in order to run 'ewfmgr' but it seems to me a
little too restrictive.
Thanks a lot.

Andrea

Andrea,

Some systems need to lock the user out of the system. Power User accounts
can access multimedia content that regular user accounts cannot, thus the
Power User provides almost full access without Administrator privilages. No
access to EWFAPI is a design feature (important design feature) so one can
have Power User accounts, but deny them access to control EWF. Try adding
the RUN AS service and run EWFMGR / EWAPI calls using "run as".
