ewf trouble

We have an environment with a single board using a CF with XP Embedded on.
To avoid the continuous writing on CF, we enabled EWF.
We found lots of defects on systems always from the same cause: corrupted
files in the system folder.
The involved files are always: System, SAM, Security and Software.
The error mesages shows just the corruption of System file.

Could you help me?

First question: Who made a XPe build, you or some other company?

What EWF QFE version do you use?
RAM or Disk based EWF?

Make sure with ewfmgr that EWF is on and protecting correct partition.

Maybe CF is bad try using different CF.
